 I started it because everyday snacking had quietly lost its balance.

That’s where roasting came in.

Makhana felt like the natural choice. It’s familiar, yet underappreciated. When roasted carefully, it delivers a crisp bite that satisfies without weighing you down. It works just as well at a work desk as it does during evening conversations at home.
