  1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

KratBroma reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be notified and a refund will be processed if payment has already been made.

  1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, KratBroma generally does not accept returns once products have been delivered.

However, returns may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed
  • The package was tampered with during delivery

To request a return under these conditions, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Customers may be required to share photographic evidence of the product and packaging.

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment
  • Product received is damaged or incorrect
  • Order could not be delivered due to operational reasons

Once the refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank

Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance
  • Requests made after the specified reporting period
